Both previews on the editing page are composed by the render code itself — the same fonts, the same outlines, the same positions. Nothing is redrawn in the browser to look close enough, so a clip cannot surprise you after you have paid the minutes for it.
The preview also marks where TikTok and Reels paint their own interface, so a headline never ends up behind a caption or the button column. Renders are bit-identical run to run on one machine. That is the standard the preview is held to.
